Ohhh yes yes YES! 🎉 I did it, people! Seven days in a row! I got the badge! 💪🌟
Now, I know for some of you writing every day is like brushing your teeth...no big deal. But for me? Oh honey, this is HUGE! My life is like a tornado of work, responsibilities, and random chaos. I work 12-hour shifts, come home looking like a zombie, and sometimes the only thing I can write is my name on a pizza box 😅
Writing every day felt like trying to do yoga on a rollercoaster. But guess what? I did it! I said yes to the challenge, grabbed my keyboard, and gave it my everything! 💥
Picture this: I'm on my break at work, typing away like my life depends on it. My coworkers are outside on the balcony, coffee in hand, staring at me like, “Girl, your coffe is getting cold, what are you doing??”
Me: “Ssshh! Quiet, genius at work! 😎✍️”
They’re like, “Can’t you do that at home?”
Me: “I could... but have you seen my bed after a long shift? It whispers my name. It's seductive.” 😂
Okay, I thought the challenge was 7 days... turned out it was from Monday to Sunday. So...I did 10 day straight. 😊 Classic me—didn’t read the rules properly 🙃 But hey, every “oops” is just a plot twist in our personal growth story, right? Right! 💡
And I couldn’t have done it without all of YOU! Yes, you! Your support, your likes, your “Go go go!” comments made me feel like a rockstar on tour! 🌈🎤 And of course, my husband, who was like, “Babe, go write… or else you’re baking cookies for a week.”
Me: “Oh no no, you bake now, mister! I'm outta oven duty for at least two weeks!” 😜🍪
Also, shoutout to my family this weekend—so loving, so proud. I told them I'm writing and posting on Hive. My dad looked at me like I was describing rocket science. My mom? Easier to convince. I said, “It’s like Facebook, but instead of getting ‘likes’ and random trolls, people actually support you with likes!”
Her: “Ohhh, can I join?”
Me: “Can you write in English?”
Her: “No.”
Me: “German?”
Her: “Ja, aber ich muss putzen!”
(She claims cleaning is her hobby... mom logic 😅)
But hey, she gets it. She knows I’ve loved reading and writing since I was a little story-obsessed gremlin. Teachers praised my essays, probably hoping I'd stay quiet for five minutes 😆 But writing felt like home then, and it still does now.
I even write short stories...but those are my shy little secret for now. Maybe one day I’ll share them. When I grow brave wings 🪽✨
So what’s next? One month badge? Not yet... I need sleep, coffee, and maybe a vacation first 😴☕🌴 But I know I’ll get there. One day. And you better believe I’ll bring you along for the ride! 🚀
For now, I’m off to fly my drone and snap some pics of my hometown—my happy place. I want you to see the peace, the charm, the heart of where I grew up 💛📸
So THANK YOU. For reading, cheering, and laughing with me. You're part of my journey! 💫 Stay tuned for the next adventure... it's gonna be wild! 😉🚀💃
