Hello, healthy people... This is my second post in this community.
Today I did my running exercise at the lake. This is my favourite running place because the jogging track is very neat and the air around the lake is so comfortable. As usual I ran at around 4pm, and I would run leisurely as if deliberately enjoying the pleasant view of the lake.
There was a funny obstacle during the run. So, earlier you found a big tree that was deliberately cut down by the park management so as not to endanger visitors. Well, because I was eagerly taking photos, when you look at the photo gallery, it turns out that the pictures I took were not saved. You know why? Yep... because my memory both internal and external is very full. So full that I was confused about where else to store all the rather important documentation in the gallery.
Indeed, at first I was worried that it was my phone that was damaged. But, after I deleted some files that were not so useful or unused, it turned out that my camera was still functioning properly.
Today the jogging track at Situ Gintung was very crowded. I didn't know that today was still a long holiday in commemoration of the Buddhist holiday, Vesak. Happy Vesak Day to all who celebrate.
Because I was running alone, I really enjoyed it, even though most visitors would run with friends or partners or even a group with their family members. I still enjoy running alone and that's how it's been from the beginning. I don't know if I felt very uncomfortable suddenly making friends with strangers, although some of the visitors I had met several times in the same event; jogging.
I ran for about 36 minutes and ended up with a distance of just over five kilometres, which is actually my regular distance. I'm very comfortable running this distance, with a time of 36 minutes.
If I'm not too fit I can do about 40 minutes for five kilos. But, thank you for being with me in this post. I hope that wherever you are, you will keep moving and take care of your health. Good night!
