In life we have different perspectives on what can be healthy in terms of physical health and behavior for a better life, as we do not all think alike, however we can agree on some opinions, and many we can realize that they are accessible to everyone.

Three tips for physical health.

  1. Train 3 to 5 times a week: health begins when we take care of ourselves, body and mind soul, so it is necessary to do physical activities, it can be jogging, walking, weights among others.

  2. Eating healthy: The food at this stage is very important, have heard the ducho, we are what we eat, so eating suda generates more life.

  3. Do not smoke: it is incredible how many people today kill themselves for a cigarette or a vapor that is the same, each inhalation is one breath less of the life that we have.

As for the three tips for a good life, here are three of them:

  1. Sleep 8 hours a day: the body needs rest so it is necessary to be able to give it and go to bed early or to have a good day.

  2. To move away from everything that does not give us peace: I have always seen peace as a sign that something is well or not, there is a phrase that I say, if there is peace there, and this is with everything, places, people everything.

  1. To have faith: here I would say to believe in God, he gives us peace that surpasses all understanding and helps us in everything we need, faith moves mountains as they say and it is so because I have experienced it.
