I think I spend a lot as a girl, compared to other girls. I'm recently learning to let go of that attitude.
Most times, I have this rule that I won't go out with a guy unless I have some money on me or I won't do this unless I have my own money and all that. But I think it's time to change all that.

I still believe I should have my own money, no doubt. However, I won't put myself through too much pressure to always have to the detriment of an experience.

A few minutes ago, I left the house with no money on me. I came home with ice cream and pizza.

Normally, I would not have been comfortable being out without my money. It would feel like an insult to me. I would've offered to buy something or do something for this person who git my stuff.

In this part of the world, people are always ready to judge a lady's character based on her refusal to pay for things. I fear being seen as that kind of lady who can be insulted by a guy just because she refuses to pay for something. I love its backup.

I know my 'lady' perspective, but I barely understand the guy perspective. How do guys feel about lady's paying for things? Do they prefer it or feel insulted by it?

I just wonder.
